EXAMGURUXAI LABS

the United States

Ship AI while you sleep.

We work remotely with US startups and established companies on AI products, agents and automation. With India 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead, we turn your end-of-day requests into next-morning progress, and meet in your early morning for decisions. Engineering is security-minded from day one, so reviews go smoothly when your customers ask questions.

01Working together

How it works.

  1. 01

    Follow-the-sun progress

Brief us at the end of your day and wake up to a build, a pull request or a clear question — the time difference becomes an advantage.

  2. 02

    Early-morning overlap

Live calls happen in the US morning, which is our evening; Eastern time overlaps most easily, and we plan a regular slot for Pacific teams.

  3. 03

    Async by default

Loom-style walkthroughs, written specs and shared issue trackers keep everyone aligned across Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific time.

  4. 04

    Fits your engineering process

We work in your GitHub or GitLab, follow your review rules and CI, and document what we ship.

02What matters here

Built for your rules.

  1. 01

    Security-minded engineering

Least-privilege access, secrets management, audit logs and documented data flows — practices aligned with what SOC 2 reviews look for. We do not hold a SOC 2 report ourselves.

  2. 02

    HIPAA-aware healthcare work

For healthcare projects we design with HIPAA requirements in mind, use cloud and AI services that offer business associate agreements where needed, and work with your compliance team on PHI handling.

  3. 03

    State privacy laws

We account for state privacy rules such as the CCPA/CPRA in data retention, consent and deletion flows, with your counsel confirming requirements.

  4. 04

    Speed to market

US buyers expect fast iteration. We ship in short cycles with demos, so you can put features in front of customers early.

03Use cases

Where AI pays back.

  1. 01

    SaaS AI features

Copilots, semantic search, summarisation and agent workflows inside your product.

  2. 02

    E-commerce operations

Support automation, catalogue enrichment and demand forecasting for Shopify and custom stores.

  3. 03

    Healthcare administration

Intake forms, referral processing and scheduling assistants, built with HIPAA requirements in mind.

  4. 04

    Revenue operations

Agents that research leads, update Salesforce or HubSpot and draft outreach for reps to approve.

  5. 05

    Insurance and financial services

Document extraction and pre-checks for claims, applications and KYC files, with human review.

05FAQ

Common questions.

ask us anything else →

01Are you SOC 2 or HIPAA certified?

No. We do not hold SOC 2 attestation or any HIPAA certification. We follow security-minded engineering practices, design healthcare systems with HIPAA requirements in mind, and work within your own compliance program and cloud accounts.

02How do you handle the time difference with the US?

We use it. You brief us at the end of your day and find progress in the morning. Live calls happen in your early morning, and written updates keep everyone in sync across Eastern and Pacific time.

03Can you work inside our existing codebase?

Yes. We can work in your existing repositories, follow your conventions, code review and CI pipelines, and can pair with your engineers on AI features rather than building them separately in isolation.

04Who owns the IP?

Ownership is set out in the contract before work begins. Our usual approach is that you own the code and deliverables created for your project, held in your own repositories.

05Can you sign an NDA or BAA?

We are happy to sign an NDA before detailed discussions. For healthcare projects involving PHI, we discuss business associate agreement requirements with you and your counsel at the start, alongside which vendors will handle the data.
